i have a 2001 lx and its auto i was wonderin, but i bet this is a stupid ??? so here it goes would it be a good idea to put a turbo in an auto and will there be any problems with stock internals too

you must run 12psi or more if you dont want your engine and tranny to blow up

if your engine and tranny blow up in the 2001 lx's your whole car will blow up... like a bomb... 12psi or more ONLY

smb1, It's a sage bet that you will eventually blow out your tranny. Your car should bea ble to safley run around 8 psi of boost, but you need to have the car tuned by a professional who knows what they are doing. Also you may want to invest into some synthetic transmission fluid and a transmission cooler. Your stock interals should be fine on 8 psi of boost w/ proper tuning. Also, I recomend searching before making any more posts on this subject, you wont get off as easy with other members as I have been.
