best civic lx muffler- 2004???
there is no best muffler. each muffler has its own goal/purpose. sound, performance flow, looks, etc.
if you mean exhaust system meaning a catback, there is still no best of that either. each exhaust system has its own goals and purposes.
but do becareful not to purchase an exhaust thats meant for EX as they wont fit directly and 100% guarantee.
if you want a muffler that can get loud, look into the apexi n1 universal muffler or catback.
muffler starts from 180+ and the catback starts @ 420+
