cicivly.. its a harness bar.. if u have racing seats.. u put ur 3 point or 4point or whatever point seatbelt to that lil rectangular thing rite there.. as for suspension..
i dunno... makes the car stiffer? hehe.. just hit me up wit some prices... around 400 maybe a lil more, since i paid 450 to get it
