Need a new Roomate for 3 room HOUSE
Hey as the post says we need a new roommate for April 1st. I live in Chandler down on the cross streets of Peco's and McQueen, it's in South Chandler near Ocotillo. The 202 Interstate is like 2 blocks away so quick freeway access. Anyways our house was built in 2003, it's 1,900 sq ft, in a nice quiet neighborhood, but i'll paste down below the information my roommate posted on roommates.com. OK, first off we are two guys that are very respectable and personable. We usually go out atleast once a week and are both from the midwest(South Dakota). All we are looking for is someone that respects us and our friends. This isn't a house that will be a party place, but every once in a while we do have friends over as long as everyone in the house is ok with that. Partying on the weekdays is a no no unless it happens somewhere else. You will take responsibility for the *** Cable/Internet bill upon move-in, if you have bad credit and they require a deposit you will be responsible for that. My roomate and I have our cars and our two motorcycles in the garage so there is no space for any other vehicles and you will not get to park in the driveway. You will be sharing the main upstairs bathroom with me, but you should keep anything that you don't need for showering in the downstairs half bath. I will want to be in the shower around 8:45 till the time changes and at around 7:30 when that takes place. This shouldn't be a problem, if your just showering upstairs and doing the rest in the downstairs bathroom. My roomate and I work the same shift so we would prefer a roomate that works just a bit off our schedule so there is hot water for all in the morning. There are parking spaces in our housing developement extremely close by for you and guests to park in. All bills will be split evenly 3 ways except for rent, my roomate and I will pay more cause we have the garage spaces and he has the master bedroom with the bathroom. If rent goes up we split the increase evenly. We do not have a home phone, so if you need one you will have to pay for that on your own, we have cells. Keeping the house clean is a must and we will rotate cleaning responsibilities. No pets, besides fish. No one smokes in the house ever...Must be a professional with a stable job. If anyone is in bed there will be no loud music, movies, etc that might wake the other roomates. I know this sounds alittle hard-a**ed but we have been through two roomates in a year and we are ready for one that respects us and the house

Rep Power: 343 Damn so they get no convenient garage/driveway parking, they have to transfer their toiletries to and from different bathrooms in order to get ready in the morning, and they have to agree to have their name as the primary name on the cable bill?

that was a quote from my roommate, reason being for that is because yes, in AZ we have our own time zone, there is no time change here, but the job my roommate works with revolves around the worldwide time change. So since everyone elses time changes, so does his work schedule as mine does too.
Right now I work 10:00am - 6:30pm
when the time change takes place everyone elses times change in the us but ours, so we have to adjust our schedule accordingly to meet up with everyone elses so i'll work 9:00am - 5:30pm after the time change.
It's pretty cool because your not the same identical scheduel year around, get to do half and half!

Rent is only $292.00 a month for the room, and we live in a nice house and it's pretty damn big too. Brand new neighborhood, they are still building houses across the road from mine.
