03 vic vs 00 camry
i gotta 03 auto ex 2dr vic and my friend has a toyota camry CE 00 and its a auto. he keeps dissin me and wants to race me. i juss recently installed a greddy evo ii catback. u think i can take him? were racing for 20 bux and my tanks on empty...

Rep Power: 0 i ran a green camery once after thinking about this. i beat it but he had a car full of people and i had I/E but it was not by alot so ya im guessing the 00 camry unless you get an intake quick and take stuff outa your car.

Rep Power: 289 okay i raced him today. at a 20 mph roll with someone in my car and no one in his. i took him. ez by a car length. his models a 2k CE, lowest camry model. i dunno what his hp is but his accel has horrible lagtime, even worst than my vic'.

Rep Power: 0 camry's are heavy and the engines are tuned for low-end torque, so im guessing there isnt tons of high-end power (cause its the 4cylinder moving the 3000+lb body).
also the whole overdrive thing, toyota auto trannies have PRND2L
L=1st gear lock
2=1+2 gears only
D=1+2+3 gears only (like D3 on honda)
D+hittin the overdrive button=1+2+3+4 (all gears, like D on honda)
overdrive is just the economy gear (4th gear on autos, 5th gear on manuals) for crusin at highway speeds.
