After some research I have a new setup in mind *Update*

Ok I researched alot and came to the conclusion that I had no clue about what to get. Soo.. here is my new thoughts let me know what you think???

-Energy suspension front and rear control arm bushings
-Energy suspension front swaybar bushing
-H+R rear sway bar 20mm
-Neuspeed front upper strut tower bar
-some type of rear upper strut tower bar (can't seem to find one may have to go custom)
-Greys endlinks front and back

I am going to reduce the - camber slightly in the back (if it is more than in the front)
I am going to raise my car slightly

I am assuming that the sway bar will come with urethane bushings so I don't need to buy ony for the rear???

This should all fall around $600-700 does anyone have any imput about this setup???

In case you don't already know I have tein basic dampers lowed about 2" and 17" enkie rims with yokahama parada spec 2.

yeah you're probably gonna have to buy some cheesy "made in taiwan" (no offence to anyone from taiwan) rear strut. no brand name makes one for our car.

Better then the last setup...

any way, a few more tips...

you may want to take a look at the 05+RSX's rear anti-roll bar rather then the H&R one (its 1mm larger and it may be cheeper). I personally wouldnt bother about the bushings for the Front anti-roll bar..as your going to want that thing to be as ineffective as possible. and to save some $$ the rear strut tower bar isnt going to do a whole hell of alot, as the rear of the car has a double wishbone type sususpension... meaning there isnt a whole lot of lateral flex being transfered to the shock mounts.

Control arm bushings yes.. Front anti-roll bar bushing...no.

For braces... if you intend on autocrossing in a particular class such as STS, there are some braces that are not legal... but other wise, a lower rear tie bar may be a good Idea. it wont alter handling, but it will reinforce the lower control arm mounts. For the front(Lower)... One of the X braces if you dont care about being STS legal, or a Tie bar like Spoons if you do. Rear upper... you could put something there, but its not going to do a hell of a lot.

I purchased everything this weekend-
H+R rear sway
DC upper front strut tower bar
tenzo rear lower tie bar

I still need to get greys endlinks for the rear, but it appears that he is not making them at the moment

So I did everthing for less than $500 and that is with greys endlinks at $65.

I get everthing end of the week , but I am not going to wait to put everything on until the weather breaks and I can put my summer tires back on. However it is supose to snow all damn week here so that may be a while
