It is not as simple as you might think. The coupe grill is composed to two pieces: a base grille (which houses the honeycomb mesh grill) and grill molding. The sedan grill is also composed of two pieces: a base grill (which doesn't house anything) and the grill molding (which is the nice finished piece). To do the swap you will need both pieces (you can't mix and match). Also, there maybe a difference in screws / fasteners.

I have an '04 coupe and will probably do the swap because I don't like the honeycomb mesh grill at all (I think it looks cheap)! I am holding off on gettin it though because I am looking at different body kits and complete bumper replacements. With some of the bumpers I am lookin at, I end up with a different front grill so I would end up wasting money if I bought the sedan grill and later changed my front bumper.
