Exhaust Rattle/Vibration

I just installed a Megan SS header with downpipe, ebay 2.5" midpipe connected to my HKS exhaust. I had everything in except the header for a few days and there was no problem. I installed my header at my work yesterday and ever since then I've noticed that my car makes a rattling vibration noise near the back of my car. Im sure all the bolts are tightened but I think that the header made all the piping up closer to the bottom of the car and is rattling against something. What can I use as a like barrier between my piping and the car to stop the rattling that won't melt or catch on fire. I will look at it tonight while my car is on a lift to see if i can find where its rattling at. Anyone have any ideas?

ManUtd0018 is an unknown quantity at this point
Are you sure that the vibration is coming from the back? When i installed a hp racing header on my 02 ex one of the primary tubes hit against the front frame but it sounded like it was something in the back. Make sure its not hitting anything.

K I will check that. But i guess on the HKS exhaust, the hangers aren't straight down but more at an angle and a part of the hanger was hitting a metal piece on the bottom of the car. I just wrapped the hanger with duct tape where it hits the metal and it seemed to take car of most of the problem. Thanks though I will check that header thing as well.

Civic_RedLine will become famous soon enough
just stick a pipe in the muffler hole, melt the muffler a little not too much so it iwll crack just enough so it will bend. bend the muffler downwards more.

Haha thats a little ghetto, but its not the muffler thats rattling, its the actual piping or midpipe thats rattling up against a heatshield. Can I remove the heatshield and will that be safe? Thanks
