quit as in all of them are dead.. or just one of them stoped working....
if just one of them is out then chances are its a blown bulb..
if none of them are working check yer fuses

your turn signal quit blinking? What do you think it would be. Check your bulb. if both are out, yes check your fuses then if that is ok, check your grounds.
judging by what youre saying, i dont think you have a blown bulb. usually when say, your front bulb dies, your back one will flash about twice as fast (hyperblinker style lol). most drivers dont know that this is happening to let them know that a bulb is out.
however, you said your signal completely quit working, meaning:
a) both bulbs are out (not likely they would go at the same time) or
b) its a fuse/some other issue.
