GT-S vs WRX
I went out bowling the other night with some of my girls co-workers and got the stupidest challenge ever. 1 of the guys saw my car and immediate thought it was slow and decided to make his goal in life getting me to race.
His car is a black wrx wagon and the plate says Irun13S lol I dunno what mods he has beyond exhaust cause I didnt care to ask.
I even told him my car was slow and not worth the race but he just wouldnt give up. So finally at the end of the night I decided to jsut give the baby his fun. He said he'd even give me the advantage of a low mph roll
he said he runs a 13.6 pretty consistent at 97 mph.
It was about 1am so nobody was on the street excpet us and everyone that came with us came over to watch.
I set the roll at about 30 mph in first (right at lift for me) and he did the 3 honks. I immediately pulled on him and by 130 mph had a good 3 cars on him. It may have been more but he had his headlights off so it was hard to tell.
Thats when I mentioned to him I trap on averager 101-102 mph in the 1/4
he felt really stupid. and the best part was everyone was there to see it after hearing him act like an a$$ all night.
so thats my story. been awhile since I posted anything decent

i did my first 1/4 back in october at bakersfield
1/4 in like 16.1 sec
RT = 0.011(or .511 depending on tree)
did it with road race tires and pressure (35psi)

the wrx guy said he runs 13.6 @ 97 mph.
I run about 13.7 - 13.8 @ 101-102 mph somtimes 103 if its really cold lol
from a roll the guy never had a chance. but it's ok you'll learn

He heard rumors it was quick but I guess he didnt really believe it lol. He'd crap his pant if he ran any of my teamates lol they've almost all gone turbo now and are all pushing 250 - 300 hp. we've even got one we're trying to get over 500 whp with lol

Rep Power: 0 last time I ran the 1/8 mile I ran a stock yellow 1. we both ran 8.9's his was auto.
I've heard of the manuals goin as low as 8.4 stock at that track. If they didnt look so much like the accords from the outside they would be a lot better. overall though I think it would make for a rather nice car. I like the interior mch mo rethen say the GTP or any other pontiac for the most part.
