seatbelt tension on 01'' coupe

hi, how if possible,to loosen the belt tensioner on either side on the front seats?

As someone who installs seatbelts and harness's as part of my living I would not suggest you try messing around with them.It could have serious implications on your personal welfare..Leave the safety devices to the professionals...
