tokico blues w/neuspeed sport please read...
...how many fingers can you get in the front and rear with oem stock wheels(185/65/15) on?
i can get 1 in the front and 2 in the rear...does this sound right? after installing tokico blues i noticed that the rear sits slightly higher than with oem shocks(approx. .25"). does anyone else notice this?

I have the same set up on my sedan and I think that is about right. I will check tonight to make sure.
The rear wheel gap is a bit more than I would prefer but it makes sense from the standpoint that when you carry anything heavy in the trunk it causes some rear end squat. It just gives you a bit more room. I don't even really notice it anymore.

This is off topic, but I will be installing neuspeed sport and tokico HP's myself. I was wondering how harsh the ride quality was. Is it much stiffer than stock? Any trouble clearing speed bumps?

there arent gonna be any issues with speed bumps, the ride quality is a little sportier, but you wont feel every bump which is nice
but at the same time its not numb like the stock ride

so did you get a chance to check?
note: when i measured i put my finger STRAIGHT into the gap NOT on an angle. on an angle you might be able to squeeze an extra finger in.

Sorry. I just went out and checked. I can get one finger in the front gap and just barely get two in the rear gap. I have had mine on since August I think so maybe they have had time to settle? Although, the Neuspeed Sports are supposed to lower it 1/4" more in the front than the rear. They are supposed to lower it 1.75"F and 1.5"R. Maybe your old rear shocks were blown/weak and it sagged more? Hope that helps.

before i installed the tokicos i had my neuspeed sports on stock suspension for about 5 months...they should have had a decent amount of time to set but maybe my rear were blown. i still have my oem shocks and they seem fine.
you barely got two in the rear and i get two in the rear easily. maybe you have thicker fingers than me. LOL!
if it's not too much trouble can you post a side shot of your car so i can compare the difference.
this is how mine looked on OEM wheels, neuspeed sport and OEM shocks:
...my rear sits just slightly higher now with the tokicos.

i noticed the same too, the rear on my car since i installed my blues sit higher in the back, i just thought it was something i did wrong at first, or mabey they just needed time to settle, well its been a few weeks and the back still sits higher than the front.... i guess thats just the way it is now, my front bumper at the bottom has a few more scratches than normal, ohh well, i like the ride! and time for a new lip on the r33

Infinite: I don't have a digital camera available right now but I will try to get something to you in a few days. I can tell you though, the picture you posted looks EXACTLY like my car (minus the tails and muffler). Same color, same wheels (stock steelies with OEM rubber for the winter), no pinstripe, etc.
Sodjazero, or however spell that: I had mine on lowered on Koni Yellows prior to the Tokicos and they both sit about the same height in the back. I did not have the Neuspeed springs on the stock shocks so maybe that has something to do with it. I agree with you though about preferring the ride with the Tokicos!

well that is good to know. i thought i messed something up during the install, guess not. tokicos sit just slightly higher compared to stock shocks.(less than .25" difference) i guess that's the sacrifice i have to make for a smoother ride. hopefully, when i put my summer rims back on, the gap will be less noticable.
