Order them direct.
www.ground-control.com
Stuff takes time to ship this time of year. 2 weeks isn't that bad.

i wouldnt get skunk2 sleeved coilovers on my civic if i were you...
1) rumors has it they arent compatible with aftermarket shocks
2) ugly metal rubbing sound on fronts (solution = grease though)
3) pretty rough ride when on rough rodes but im pretty sure all coilovers are like that.
point: go with ground controls.. just keep in mind their are 2 kinds of sets i beleive. 1 is meant to be used with stock shocks while the 2nd is meant to go with a koni yellow combo.

The difference in konis only happens in the rear of the cars, so... I think it would be best to get the konis (the rears) first and then then GC.

WOW! You got the ground controls for $239 plus shipping? I feel jipped...
I bought mine brand new for $300 plus shipping, so it came out to around $320 shipped

oh haha it was a typo. yeah 330 is just about the price for brand new gc coilovers. used, they won't even sell for 100 shipped.
