Bubbled Paint

I just got my civic 3 months ago, and when I jacked the car up to put my exhasut I noticed that the bottom parts paint was all bubbly and dirty looking, and i could peel it off. Let me clearify. U have the side skirts, and under that, theres this metal part that runs across the car, u cant really see it unless ur far away from car or u look under, but its all bubbled, etc. Anyone elses like this?

Yep, I noticed that on my 04 also. I hate it, I thought there would be a rubber piece to cover it like in the front. I guess I'll just have to buy some side skirts to cover it up.

My rubber piece sucked. It kept coming off when I would pull too far up into a parking spot. It would rub, and I woulf be driving around with it half way off sometimes, hearing it smack my car. So I took that biyatch off! Just need a lip kit instead. I really want a OEM lip kit. I think the guy that sold me my car can get a good deal on one. He is the head fleet manager.

It won't come off if you didn't hit it It's good if you're getting a lip kit so you can practice how far to pull up. If you pull up too far with your lip kit..
