stobe brake lights (new question added)

stobe brake lights
can anyone tell me if this would be legal? if i were to put red strobes with my brakelight so they flash as i brake. theoretically i think it should be legal since it is red and not white. i've seen cars with brake lights that flash and wondering if my idea would be legal, since i'm too lazy to put in a switch.

Rep Power: 0 as far as the legality of the strobes, id say they are illegal. i have seen a few cars in my area with strobes, just that they have a switch to it, or its wired some weird way so that it can only be turned on when youre ignition is on accessory or something. so if you want it, put the switch, and dont drive with it on. Rep Power: 0 ok, now that it's pretty obvious that the strobe idea was illegal, i have another question. are red indiglo emblems legal since they emit red light? i would never stoop to such rice but i was just wondering
