The rubber piece serves as a bump stop. I was told that you can get some bump stops from autozone or a place like that but I'm not sure, you could probably use your stock ones. As far as trades, I'm looking for any performance mods, oem cleared headlights, neuspeed race springs or some i.c.e. that can fit 03 sedan lx. Also, I have no problem shipping them. Just LMK.....
