Is the speed restrictor internal with the ECU or separate? If so can i disable it or what? I know the whole point is to protect the stock tires so they dont blow up cuz they arent rated for high speeds, but i dont got stock tires. I was just wondering its not a huge priority for me.

It is part of the ECU. As far as anyone on here knows, there is no way to disable it. You may ask Jet chip if you can have it disabled with their reprogramming. You can go out and buy the HKS module that overrides it (don't know if it works, but you can try).
Oh, and by the way, anything over 115MPH (assuming it's an LX auto, the lowest set governor) is completely stupid.
Thank you and have a nice day.
