Walked Big talking Probe GT

Ok last night me and my buddies got together to hang out they have just gotten back from college for thanksgiving. This was the first time that my friend Scott(totatly against all that is Honda) had saw my civic. He is all like "you got rid of a Trans Am for this?" And i told him what i had done to it and he instanly called his brother Greg(worst tuner ever) who has a 1990 Ford Probe GT his 3rd one why i don't know. So his brother is talking all kinda of crap saying yeah i have a turbo 2.2 and run a 15.837. thats before i boosted my turbo up to 10 psi. now with stock fuel system i don't know how good this would be but anyways. He couldn't believe that i ran a 15.769 with a professionally tuned engine w/o my NO2. And i couldn't find the slip cause it was in aughust when i ran it. So he was all like i bet $150 that i take you even if you do you NO2 you couldn't break 15.8. so from there it was on for, $150 hell yeah.
We race at about a 5/8 mile place
So here is how the race went
We both get really good launches
Through 1st were neck and neck
I shift at around 64000rpm and i start to pull a little
I have about a 1/2 car on him through second and shift at 6200rpm or so
At about 3600rpm i hit the button( about a 1/4 throught the race) and took off pretty qiuck and shifted late at 6984rpm according to the VFACII readback.
By the end of the race i had about 4 cars(according to his bro) on him.

i got it from a place that imports jdm engines, i needed an engine cause i got the car cheap from junkyard because it was in a flood and the only thing wrong was that the D17a1 engine was locked up. was an easy bolt in. only $350 for it, alot less than a $6000 k-series swap.

i would love to dyno it but i don't have the money for it. believe me i would if i could, but id still probably put that money towards a body kit. im not to worried about my power rating, just what it does. i don't know on the bottle but im guess low 15's or so.

ok anwser alot of questions real fast, 64000? i ment 6400. ok and the graphics i thought they look kool for like the 1st month or so then they got old. so im working on getting moey for a kit and im respraying it an putting a small fiber glass drag wing on it. it gonna be orange with blue stripes and ghosted in nautical stars, and im air brushing some wicked looking nautical star designs on the side. i have my interior ready to redo, i changed my stock speaker layout and made 3 formed in 5 1/2 speakers in the front doors. i have 3 premier DVC subs fiberglassed into the trunk(there not in cause i don't have the amp rack built seeing as i don't have my amps cause im getting those for x-mas. then it will be to cold to make the boxes because i don't have a garage to make them in and the fiber glass will never dry. and im getting another 10lb bottle and molding those in the trunk one one each side of it, so its really gonna slow me down, but it sure as hell gonna look good.

yeah im pretty sure the jdm and american engines have the same stats the olny noticiable diffrences between the american and japanese jdm's are that the serial number is stamped in the jbm block under the header right, and the wiring harness is backwards.

I got a 2002 ex coupe D17A2 I bought in Germany but it was amarican spec. The stamp is on the right (looking at the motor from the front) under the header. does that mean mine is a JDM D17A2 also?

JDM engines have the serieal number forged into the block on the bottom left side of the block and has the engine code forged underneth it. where the american engines have the stamp on the left side and has a sticker with the engine code on it on the right side of the engine.
