I highly doubt you smoothed talked your way out of a ticket. I think you probably just had a good laywer or a really stupid ticket.

The only way to really get out of a ticket is to know how the system works. You have to know the ins and outs of the legal sytem.

thats the thing, you dont ask for a jury when going to court for a traffic violation. Reason being because the jury will most likely make you guilty because they are there for nothing. You basically waisted there time.
