Great Stuff or any other expandind foam. And i'm talking about usind it inside the bracing of the trunk lid. I was just curious cuz it expands alot and i thought it might actually dent the trunk itself when it expands.

I used it in mine. There are holes in the bracing, spray it to about 1/3 full and let it expand. Also, it'd be a good idea to take the lid off when doing this, as it's going to expand to the point of drippage if it's on the car, cause you're not going to be able to get even amounts in every place. Also, if you're going to tape the holes shut, put several layers of tape on there. I used a single layer of masking tape on mine, after about 30 minutes of expansion, it pretty much pushed the tape off of it. Keep a razoe blade handy for when it dries so you can trim the excess.

I didn't know there were different ones. The home depot here only has the red/yellow cans. I sprayed till about 1/3 and let it expand. I filled in holes I might have had. No denting here. But, I didn't pile it in there either.
