Even easier. It's basically removing two screws, pulling out the bezel and plastic cover, and pressing on the rings. They even have goo behind to make sure it sticks.

Nah the 01-02 doesn't have em. Newer civic does tho.

i agree, my fionces sister has an 03 lx, the chrome rings just make that dash look so much more cluttered/ but nicer
