non vtec to vtec

hey guys i was just wondering if with...say a head swap among other things is it possible to make a non vtec a vtec powered motor??, or is there another way to get good power out of the non vtec d17???
(yea your right im a dumba$$ ) but its not a stupid question if ya dont know

not a stupid question if you don't know.........but pretty stupid not to search b4 asking.........but u are a n00b.........so i'll give u a break

yes, it can be done. You will need to swap the head, EX ecu and vtec solenoid. It is not worth it on a single cam motor IMO.
