has anyone measured the stock front speaker hole diameter and depth on a 2004 civic ex coupe?
do you know where i can find the mud flaps for under fifty bucks?
i played a 60 hz sine wave, hoping to determine what level the lowpass filter should be dialed to. unfortunately, the tone just grew softer and louder, it never completely disappeared. is this a sign of a poor quality crossover in the amp or am i forgetting something?
anyone have a cheap set of 15" steel wheels i could purchase for the winter tires?

Cool amp!
I am not 100% but I would imagine your 60hz tone didn't go away becuase your slope is not steep enough to cut it off completely. That does seem to be a pretty nice amp however, and I imagine that if the lowpass is set all the way up then 60hz should be cut off, but who knows, maybe one of our in-house physicists can explain further.
Other than that, I like the looks of the amp... 9v input sensitivity? Awesome. Balanced input? Awesome. Haven't seen a variable phase shift like that before (always just one or the other), so awesome to that as well.

it's a bull with scissors on its head. the animation below shows you. yes, it is upside down because right side up would have required more wire. regardless the brahma was worth the five month wait, the sound quality is amazing. unfortunately, at high levels, all the plastic panels in the civic begin to rattle pretty bad. the 1.25 cubic foot sealed box was cnc milled by subzero manufacturing.

i'd like to know if anyone successfully fit a pair of 6" kodas or RE 6's in the front doors of a 2004 civic coupe? i can machine a spacer, but the hole vs magnet diameter conflict is of concern. a dremmel would take forever and a gas axe would be a little extreme.
the fuel mileage chart is from an excel spreadsheet. i use it to figure out how to shift for better efficiency and calculate yearly fuel costs.
i've always wondered if the little bars that tie the strut columns were worth the money. now that the car is about a year old, the suspension has loosened up. i'd like to reduce the roll when cornering hard. anyone notice a significant difference after installing sway bars?
thanks much in advance for any advice, especially advice based on first hand experience.
