Smog

For brand new car i have 03 model... is the smog every 2 years or first 4 years?

don't need to smog first 3 years. then smog every 2 years after that.

IF YOU GOT AN 02 CIVIC AND ONLY ENGINE MOD IS A CAI, there is no reason not to pass smog, right???

as long as your CAI is smog legal and you got the carb sticker on the intake or have it with you. otherwise u probably gotta change it back to stock intake before smog.
