also is there a way of having an inverter that is hooked up so that i comes on when u turn the ignition and off when u turn off the the ignition???

and I wanna run an xbox...so how much power of an inverter should i go for?

yes jusr run it to the ignition wire in the column, double check me but off the top of my head i think its black w/ yellow.


as far as how much power, u dont need much a bottom line inverter will be enough power to run an x box.

fyi: mines under my drivers seat so i can plug other things into it (easy accessable), along with my ps2.

so I'll run the power of the inverter to the ignition wire...so if my inverter comes with the cigarette connector I'll be cutting that off and wiring it to the ignition wire??? to my knowledge it will have two wires, so the live wire I wire to the ignition wire, and the ground I just obviously ground, right?
