what you would have done if you were Honda

I was just wondering what everone would have done if they were in charge of redisigning the 2k1 civic a year ago
I would have done this
DX coupe & sedan : keep as is
HX coupe : keep as is
LX coupe & sedan: put in current EX motor 15 " wheels CD player side molding and outer mirrors body color
EX coupe & sedan: 2.0 V-TEC SOHC motor w/ 140 hp & 130 ftlbs 4 wheeldisc brakes 15" alloy wheels
Si coupe: 2.0 DOHC i-VTEC motor w/ 160hp 130 ftlbs sportier suspension & brakes
SiR hatch: 2.0 DOHC i-VTEC motor w/ 180hp 140 ftlbs
and finally bring the type-R hatch state side

Mostly the same as you but also,
FOR THE DX: TACHOMETER
FOR THE EX: SPORT SUSPENSION, a bigger engine deserves a better suspension
AND BRING THE Si as a Coupe: 2.0L i-VTEC Engine

keep more options! they shoulda release it all at once. sheesh.

2000 honda civics have the most option I think! hatches, engine choices, all these choices in engines, trims.. etc. course its kinda annoying how Honda loves giving 5,000 trims.
