I'm looking for a polished or chrome valve cover.Ive done several searches on this site and on the net with no luck.I know they exist.Any help will be appreciated.

They don't make them. Just take yours to a machine shop and get it polished. It can be DIYed with a lot of sand paper, some scotchbrite, rubbing compounds and a lot of time.

yeah, iv been wanting a chrome valve cover and they make them for the previous d serieirs but not for us.

cant be too hard. i polished my intake on my own. im just lazy. wonder how much a spare valve cover to work on would cost

The valve cover is more than you want to spend just to have a spare. Maybe a junkyard or someone who blew a motor would sell it cheap.
Honestly, get 3 or 4 different grits of sand paper between about 150 and 2000
Once you get through all of them, use super fine scotchbrite and smooth it out, then go at it with a series of polishing compounds until it shines. If you want it satin, stop with the scotch brite. For a true full mirror, you're gonna need a polishing jack and a buffing wheel.
Go search on Honda Tech, there's instructions somewhere for doing B-series valve covers... its no different.

yeah its probally a waste of time too. much easier to just take it to a shop to get it done if you want.
