If certain modification have been made to your car, does it void the warranty to your honda, for example if i bring in my car for a problem other than my engine and they see my car has kit and cold air intake would they void my warranty even though im not bring in my car for any engine problem?

aftermarket parts only void the warranty for that particular part. for example, if you put a system in, it will void the warranty for your electrical system. some dealerships don't care, some do.

Omg, your car is hot! But warranty can't be voided because of aftermarket parts unless they cause the problem.
