Hey all... I decided to get a new clutch and flywheel... I went for the ACT HC5-HDSS, with the heavy duty pressure plate and performance street disc and I got the 600120 streetlite flywheel. I plan on having a shop do the install for me. Is there anything I else I need to do the install that doesnt come with the kit? Also anything else I should have changed/inspected while they have the trans apart. What should I expect to pay for the install? Any other pointers/suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated. I searched and not too many people have upgraded their clutch or flywheel, and I just wanted to try and get a little more info than I already know. Thanks.

thats about the price I found at www.clutchcityonline.com. i hope you got the right parts too!
get (diff.) fluid from honda.....don't need tranny fluid but if you want to change it go ahead. Alignment tool, be careful with the axles. I just unbolted my tranny and held it aside. No need to remove subframe and drop it. Mine is manual. It was hard but got it done and it work great...even with my boost...hahaa.

I am still waiting to get it installed next week hopefully, if its $250 thats not too bad, they better not try and rape me because they are right down from where I work and we do business with them sometimes.
I would do it myself. but if u want to spend the money or do not have the resources to diy....then ok......
Who was it that said they wouldn't spend the money on new fluid? MIKE4831? HMMM......ok.......you have to drain the differential to take out the axles, to take the clutch out, to install the flywheel. Go ahead and install a clutch/flywheel and don't refill the fluid. AHAHAH...have fun burnin your **** up! Want help pickin up yur parts on the road.....oh wait...i'll just SPOOL up and PSSSHHHHH past you as your collecting paper weights.
