cant do the h22 swap in the 7thgen.
not only does no one make a mount/swap kit for it, but it is illegal to swap in a motor older than the car itself, the car would be way too front heavy to be practial, the motor is probally too big for the engine bay and will have clearence issues.

h22 can fit in our cars, if you get a 2001 lude motor and if you have a 2k1 vic then you can do it. i think hasport already have a mount for it. yes they h22 will fit in the ek and will aslo fit in the eg. how will h22 not fit??? if people can get the k24 to fit why not h22??
It won't fit, the engine is too large. You would have to fabricate a new much shorter intake manifold for it. Don't call Hasport I do all the development work for the new products and we are not going to do that mount kit.
