People in Riverside and Orange County area. I'm trying to get rid of the non wild off springs of Siberian Hamsters aka Russian Hamsters. Mama hamster is from the wild and so far it took me 2 months to tame her not to bite and attack people although she's not for sale and neither is papa hamster is also from the wild is the biggest siberian hamster I had seen so far. These hamsters are very rare in pet stores and pet store owners will not tame them. I'm selling off the 5 off spring males and 1 female, I do have an albino off spring but too bad that she's not for sale because albino siberian hamsters are rare. I'm selling them $10/each comparing to what they sell in pet stores from $20-25/each, and these are tamed too. Mama hamster just had another liter this morning and I'm running out of room in their cages to even breed. Mama and Papa hamster are together while I had seperated the males and females in different cages.
Once again, these are Siberian Hamsters so you should get tha idea that these hamsters came from Siberia of Russia. And do not mix them with any other kind of hamsters other than their own. Especially not with Syrian Hamsters...they'll have some major conflicts. And yet, all of these hamsters are tamed by me so don't be suprised if they end up bitting you on tha first day...allow them to get used to your smell and they would know its a human hand rather than some predator trying to kill them.

WhiteCastle: Well, I just made Papa and Mama hamster breed to get more, because I'm kinda using some generic experiment to see what are tha odds of these hamsters coming out albino or not because her first batch had one albino and second didn't. And plus, she had 5 from tha beginnin and then 4 so now this new batch, I'm expecting 3...which includes 2 males and one female.

VTECHGRL: Yes, they're also known as dwarf hamsters. But just let me know when I can drop them off for ya or come right on by to buy one. I'm usually free on Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun...but since I'm gonna get my driving instructor license...I don't know when I'll be free.

WhiteCastle: I forgot how to do that. Its been over 5 years since I took biology and understanding the genetic structure.

Kyle4583: I'm not too sure but I know for a fact when its cold, they don't like being alone. There has to be another 2 or 3 for them to be happy because then they can do what I call a Mash pit. Basically they just bundle up or you can put a lot of bedding and a cut off cloth for them to stay warm. But what I heard, their fur changes colors in tha snow or winter season.

VNlilMAN: Basically hamsters hav poor vision but they follow you through smell and sound most of tha time. Perhaps your cuzin's hamster bite is because ur hand smell like food or he/she doesn't recognize who u r. When they're pups like 2 weeks old, u hav to play with them to get used to you. If they come to u and hop on, that means they know that you're their owner or a human who's not gonna kill him/her. If u hurt tha hamster...basically he/she will remember you and tha next time u put ur hand in...tha hamster will bite. I'm surprised that I had patience to tamed a wild one even though she was rough for tha first month and a half. Another thing, if tha female is pregnant...they will bite regardlessly...and after they had their batch to protect.

I have a friend whose cousin used to put hamsters in the microwave. Ah, anyways, J, you never told me you had a hamster. I used to play with one in school, i liked the little guy. Unfortunately, it got stepped on by a bunch of highschoolers when it got loose.

I'm really sorry that albinos are not for sale because its rare and if I find an albino male then yeah, I can sell u one after they've breed a batch of them. But there are brownish and greyish mixed color hamsters for sale.

My Hamsters are still going for sale...anyways...I was up to 13 hamsters but one had been cannibalized by my albino female..."SNOW WHITE". Mama hamster just had four more pups and I couldn't believe the odds of the batch being albino...3 albino and 1 regular. So far they're almost 2 weeks old...it'll be another couple of weeks till they can actually be picked out. I want these little ones to get the most nurture they can get out of Mama hamster and I got 3 fat male Siberian Hamsters cuz they won't exercise!
