Equal lenght SF header
After I recieved my kit, in really poor shape actually, I decided to polish the crap out of it. Here's the progress so far, only on 180 grit as of now, but it's coming along. Doing all the intercooler piping and the intercooler itself, seeing as there's a huge scratch in the middle of the bottom piece. What you all think so far?

Ya, I'm going to step it down to 3000 grit then use a high heat clear coat. The paint never came off with the stripper I used, it came off the intercooler piping though.

Wish I'da used it on my manifold.

Get it ceramic coated and it will stay that way forever... If you leave it that way, it won't look pretty very long....
Still looks great though

Thanks for the comments. It does take a very long time, so thats why I'm thinking about just getting it sandblasted, but I don't want to loose the nice metal look of it afterwards. Should I just keep on polishing everything?

They are only in the US, don't feel like sending it there, then having to pay duties when it comes back again. There's a coating place in Calgary, but thats 7 hours away also.
