Anyone here who uses that as engine management?

If so, what other mods do you have done to your fuel system? How is it running? How much boost are you running and on what kind of turbo?

I was wondering the same thing. I install a VAFC2 and was wondering what to do to it if I installed a turbo. Any one doing this?

I am sure it will work fine as an FMU. That can not be your only means of EMU though, but is better than a Vortech FMU.

So will this and just bigger injectors, tuned be able to run about 7-8 PSI? Or do I need to upgrade the fuel pump?

How do you plan on dealing with timing issues?

It can be. I have had to retard or advance timing in some areas of my ignition map.

So is there anyway to deal with the ignition problem aside from the e-manage?

Or can I run my car the way it is and it won't blow?

SpdRcrChk is an unknown quantity at this point
To deal with timing problems.....get some alcohol injection.

I'm runnin a vafc and an Aeromotive digital FMU. Vafc was mainly for fine tuning and leaning out the rsx injectors a tad. t3/t04e turbo, 8psi, about 200whp.

So alchohol injection is a fix for ignition problems?

I'd argue that tuning is the fix for ignition problems and right now your only option is the e-manage. The AEM EMS will allow you to mess with ignition timing but we all know it has not been released yet.

Well alcohol injection is the temporary fix for ignition issues on the D17's seeing as though even with the emanage.... how do u know how much timing to pull?

I'd say jsut wait for hondata. Get on their asses and make them put out a proggy. You can run 10psi WITHOUT pulling any timing, on alcohol injection, on a d17.
