tokico problem . . .

i recently installed my tokico's w/ neuspeed sports. i'm hearing clicking noises mostly when i move between 0-1mph from a complete stop and when i'm turning between 1-25mph. i'm hardly moving and i hear it, the quatlity of the ride is pretty nice tho so i know it's not blown and i dont hear any clicking noises when i hit bumps. i made sure all the bolts and nuts are tight and they are . . .
my current set up is
tokico hp w/ neuspeed sport on 17" bbs rk on yokohama 215/40/17

any solutions . . .

Index the strut. That is usually the problem or your sping coils are grinding together, nothing major. It is just annoying.

there should be some arrows at the on the top part of your top hat, now since you have Tokicos i am not sure how they look, but if you look carefully on the stock strut you will find another arrow.

In theory those two arrows should be aligned, if they are not then that is was is causing the clicking sound.

Check out the link for a detailed explaination of the install from start to finish.

I dunno if it will ruin it or not, to be on the safe side I would make sure it is installed properly. What is another 2 or 3 hours if it saves you money from costly repairs.

Besides if you took it apart once already it should be easier the second time, no seized bolts to deal with, you already know how everything works too.
