Could ripped Hayame rubber rings cause noise
Well basically I ripped almost every rubber ring on the hayames during install and mine are noisey so I am thinking that may be it, is that possible?
I check all the perches to make sure they are tight and still makes noise.

Yeah sounds like that's your problem. All of mine are still intact thankfully. Also make sure the top nut (the one atop the shock, in the middle) is on tight. Mine were shipped loose...the noise was scary.

Those things are the same things you use with blenders.
Hayame should've kept them plastic. There was nothing wrong with them in that form for the V1s. Thread Starter
