Installing Gtech pro, how do i hardwire it?

Im about to buy a Gtech Pro Compitiion for my my 01 civic and i want to mount it on the windshield and hard wire it to power un the dash. I saw the DIY on how to take the dash board off and it seems like way to much work for one wire. does any one know of a way to get a wire from the bottem of the windshield in the center (where it meets the dash) down to the accesory/ciggerate lighter without having rip the enite car apart. thank you

You can probably tuck a wire between where the winshield and dash meet and just run it under the A piller down under the dash and to your power source, shouldn't be too hard
