Nakamichi speakers???

Anyone here have any experience with Nakamichi's new line of car audio speakers? I know their sound processing hardware is good stuff. I have a CD-400 in my car. But all my stock speakers are not sounding up to par. I have been meaning to upgrade, but haven't settled on a speaker yet. I want to go full Nakamichi for names sake and keeping things simple. Im just particular like that.

Anyways, they have :
6.5" components (SP-S6500) which go for about $210 + shipping.
6X9 coaxial (SP-C692) which go for about $115 + shipping.

I want to know if anyone here has them, or has heard them in person, or seen reviews on them. If not these speakers, then what would you guys recommend?

haven't really heard of 'em. the old Lexus optional ones were awesome, and they make nice stuff for the home. I'm sure these will be very nice

I too am interested in these speakers. I would like to go full Nak on my car. I absolutely love their products. I have a home reciever that I bought a few years ago, and I'm still amazed by how awesome it sounds, solid it is, and the clean design. Let me know if you find any more info on these. Do you happen to know what the mounting depth is on the 6 x 9's? I hope they fit in the back without any modification.

I too love Nak recievers and car HU got a great rep too. But let us not judge one product by others. Remember, Alpine's head units are far and away more superior than their speakers are. Also, Sony makes great TVs . . . .
