Ik22s simply because they are gapped closer.
It's more accurate tom compare IK20s with NGK Iridium IXs.
My denso's lasted longer than the NGKs, but they both felt pretty much the same. Some clame to lose power when switching from NGK to Denso.

I haven't found a popular place to sell anything past IK20. Ik20s are 1 heat range coler than stock, but are gapped the same. Ik22s can be found on optauto.com, that's where I'll be buying them from this week.

Well only planning on running 5 PSI of boost to start with and them on this setup right now finish at 8 PSI as a max until i get internals done and whatnot... would the IK20's be fine and keep my engine safe? or no go for the IK22's 2 steps colder...

Ik20s are fine. I daily drive my car, usually at 7psi on a T04B turbo, with IK20s. I'm only going to IK22s because IK20s are having a hard time with the methanol injection.

I thought that the bigger the gap the colder the plug would be?
I may be wrong.
What do you think?

gap has nothing to do with spark plug heat range.

oh yea, disregard the title of the page, a lot of the info is just general spark plug tech and not vehicle specific
