Eibach and Ingalls front & rear camber kit

So I got these camber kits in today, and no friggin instructions!
I have seen Grey's DIY's on the SPC camber kits, can I assume the Eibach and Ingalls will be pretty much the same?

if they look the same, then installing them will be the same. I have never seen the eibach kit, but ingalls should be the same.
