CEL and air/fuel?

Just how sensitive is the odbII at detecting too rich or too lean of an air/fuel mixture? The service guys keep telling me the CEL will trigger if there's the slightest problem. Well my car has all sorts of crazy stuff going on and still no light coming on. I go to the dealer and they just say the car is fine since there's no cel coming on. What do you think?

you have to remember its a honda and the way the japaneese make these cars is sooo sensitive anything will set them off practically. I am not sure how sensitive the odbII is though but if honda says its fine them take it back some more and maybe they will look into it more lol...
