As long as you bought the ones for the correct year of your car they will be. However, you might need to buy the upper mounts if yours didn't come with them.

no he got the springs...you dont need uppermounts for springs

stech on sedans tend to sag a good bit in the rear, but i think thats a tendancy for alot of springs on our sedan.

ok good, cuz i already have them in my garage. lol i was reading some of the forums and they were confusing me a little bit. i was going to install them today (well at least help) but my friend had to go to work.
