sup fellas..i got a tial 38mm wastegate for my t3 turbo..and i was wondering wut that one ring is called..kind alike a washer...but a big one...that goes on the wastegate..wut is it??..thanks alot =D =D =D

38mm?? thats kinda big. used for turbos pushing out 400+ HP. the 35mm would have been a better choice IMO.

Actually, its been said that a larger WG is better for less HP - I guess it has something to do with boost creep.

As far as the "ring," its called a fire ring.....
