just keep hitting it and pulling one it.
take a break then do it again
after a while from pulling on it you'll see it seperating a little bit cause the gasket sealent is loosing up. Then wedge a screwdriver in there and it should pop off.

?, how many bolts and screws do you count?

i used the tab that is towards the front of the car, near the tranny and got on it with a pry bar and beat the pan really hard with a rubber mallet. Took me about 5 min.

i have no idea what you are talking about.........the only plug is the drain plug. The oil pan fitting for ur return line goes on the front side of the pan.

Yea i took those brackets off... everything is off... my dad.... (owner still of the car) just doesn't want me to have to break the seal of the oil pan and was wondering if that plug went to the oil pan and the oil fitting could just be screwed in right there... but i will prob just go at it wit a rubber mallet... but if i go at it wit a rubber mallet it'll stop to come loose pretty quickly right??? i don't wanna be sitting there hitting it for an hour... lol

there shoould be a little lip that runs all along the edge of the oil pan. Get some vise grips, clamp them to the lip then pull down using ur body weight and stick a flathead screwdriver in. That worked for me.

Mine came off pretty hard too, although I didn't have to pry it at all. After all the bolts were out I hit it with a rubber mallet alternating sides (front then back). After about 20 swings or so I just grabbed it and pulled the whole thing toward the front and it popped off.

got it off!!!! banged on it with a rubber mallet... and then took a 14mm open ended wrench and stuck it in the front left corner of the pan where there was a good sized lip, and got leverage on it and pulled that baby right down... worked like a charm for me... thanks guys!!!!
