Amp Overheating
I was wondering if anyone has had any trouble with running a phoenix gold amp.My problem is I live in Fresno and its in the 100's my amp is in the trunk lying down on its bottom. When I touch the amp in the afternoon after my car has been sitting the amp is already really hot.I run it for about 20 minutes and the amp shuts off.Any Ideas how to cool off our trunks.

I think having fans would be the easiest way...
Maybe wire them with constant power or switched power such that the fans turn on when the car turns off.

Personally I would go with constant power. I would bet dollars to donuts that it never kills your battery, and it would definitely make things a LOT cooler.
