i need help asap as always. and u guys always seem to do it. okay the problem is that my right brake/rotor is making a really hight screaching sound constantly. someone said that the brake was worn but, wouldn't the brakes wear evenly. even if not why is it a constant screach and not when i brake. it almost sounds like a metal in grinding. please help!! it sux cuz i just got my clarion 7" touch screen dvd/cd all in one and alarm.

ok, the brakes have nothing to do with the DVD, so I don't see that connection.
It could be many things. First off, if there's an air bubble in the brake line, then one will wear faster than the other.
2. you could have a pebble stuck in the pad material and its rubbing the rotor. This is pretty obvious because you'll see a gouge in the rotor surface from it.
3. You could have hit the wear indicators, but the left ones just aren't exposed enough yet to make a lot of noise.

Another very common cause of brakes not wearing evenly are stuck calipers. Calipers which don't move on the sliders smoothly or where the piston is physically stuck will cause very uneven wear. If you want to know for sure, pull your front wheels off and have a look at the pads. I don't understand the dvd bit at all BTW.
