stock fuel pump flow

stock fuel pump flow
I have search so much for this I can't see right. Can someone tell me what the flow rate is for our stock pump. I want to use a 255 inline pump with a v-afc and extra injectors but need to know if I really need to upgrade the pump or not.

THe old D series pumps were something like 75 lpm
B series pumps are around 125
