Get some Meguiar's clear coat body scrub. It will take the paint right off without hurting the other parts, but you're gonna be under there a while wiping everything down. Good luck.

Power washer? That may work. Find a buddy with a lift and turn that sumbitch on high and go to town.

same **** happened to me! it was when I had my old car I was turning and a spray paint can rolled under my tire from a construction site (no one was there, otherwise i would have found out what company is responsable) and it wasnt just the bottom it got the sides too i spent a good 3 hours trying to clean it, i got most of the side, the under carrige was still a mess but i left it, now I don't even have the car anymore, but when that happened, I dont think I'd ever been that pissed in my life..
