No, its just the reciver that plugs into the memory card slot and the remote itself (which has batteries).

Hmm I guess the changed the design of the PS2 DVD remote, because the one I am selling is thiner than that one, but with the same functions. It is an offical Sony product too. I'll post a picture of it when I get home from work today.
