I watched both the French and English debates and thought that since our last poll was pretty old there might be some of you leaning in different directions now.
So how about we start this again.

I was going to go to the advanced polls but I think I'll wait it out and see what else develops.
Some of the radio adds are just gay. "He wants to buy aircraft carriers..." who was this directed at and why would they possibly think we need those? We have like 70 fighter aircraft in service at the moment and the others in hangers..bah!
Anyway - All I can say right now is that I'm not voting NDP.

Well Harper seems to be the next Bush by the sounds of things, and the Liberals, well their the Liberals ... NDP is not a bad choice, I just remember Bob Rae and the NDP government of old, and don't want to see that experiment again

Green party is a good vote, but its a waste ... Might as well make an impact by voting Liberal or Conservative, because voting green is basically throwing a vote away... everyone knows they are there, but they will never get in power... minority or otherwise

Time to vote a minority ie: PC...keep them in for awhile but don't let them become a majority. Minority govs work harder imo.
In short....the Liberals can save money but can't spend it...
let the PC spend and then bring back the Liberals to save it up again..haha

No point in voting for the green party, marijuana party, communist party (no joke) etc. since thell never get into power. Might aswell vote for the people who are the least worse
In my area (agincourt) the guys been Mp since 1988 non stop (liberal) and he is a really good guy (met him once) so the whole family just keeps voting for him.

i'm sure as heck not voting pc... Harper would shoot our healthcare system straight to hell.
IMO, PC is the worst vote you can make, i'd rather vote bloc, but that's just me. Still leaning Liberal i guess

Nobody is going to kill healthcare. The PC's will likely put a premium on it come tax time which I'm willing to pay to keep it in good shape. Too many people abuse it to begin with. That's the problem with Health Care....it's not the system, it's the people who run to the hospital with a running nose.
The smear campaign against Harper is that he's against gay marriages. So what? There are more things in the world and in my country that matter more to me than whether a guy and a guy can get married. He only said that it was his personal belief and that he would give it a free vote....hence, it'll prolly pass.
The Bloc are dangerous and it's the Liberal's that are going to give them the power they want and the $$ they want. Nuff said..
NDP is a joke. That weirdo can't stop smiling and it's really creepy.
I'm prolly voting PC for my armed forces.
I'm not saying we need to build up our military to "Super Power" status but a little bit of protection without dependance on the US would be nice.
We live in a country where the Capital City is totally undefended. We have the Hill, most of DND, CSIS and the larges US embassy on the planet in the same place and there's nothing more than an air transport base in Trenton, Ontario and a stranded army in Pettawawa. the cloesest Air Defense is in Chicoutimi, Quebec and Cold Lake, Alberta I feel really safe here, oh hell ya.
