Some of my friends told me that it gives you greater fuel flow to the engine and gives you better response and some horse maybe, and I'm kind of interested in it. Btw, can you guys tell me where to find one? eBay? I found one OBX throttle body on eBay. Is there anyone knows how to install the throttle body? What is extending the throttle cable?

Throttle bodies let more air in, thus decreasing gas mileage and leaning up the air/fuel mixture. Expect 3-5hp throughout the rpm range. Exospeed racing is currently developing one for our cars. I suggest you wait for that one.

It's possible to bore, but you'll only get a few hp anyway. Maybe more with a new intake manifold. You'll also sacrifice some idle quality.

Did you have KMS do the TB? And will you lose the cruise.
P&P= port and polished cylinder head (intake and exhaust ports are enlarged/smoothened)
TB = throttle body (what the intake is connected to). It has an opening that lets air into the intake mainfold and then to the head.
